Dr. Fitch trained at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital — two of the most rigorous clinical environments in the world. He completed his PhD at the University of Miami Cum Laude, where he studied under the researchers who built the empirical foundation for minority stress theory and trauma treatment.
He was awarded a $1M NIH K23 federal grant — a designation reserved for early-career researchers demonstrating exceptional scientific promise. His work has been conducted across the United States, Brazil, and sub-Saharan Africa.
He left academic medicine to build a private practice that could do what institutions cannot: hold the full complexity of a client's life without reducing it to a diagnostic code, a billing cycle, or a treatment protocol designed for someone else.

The practice is structured so that the act of seeking help does not itself become a liability. Every element — from access to billing to documentation — is designed around the specific risks your client carries.
No waiting room
Sessions are conducted via secure video. There is no shared physical space, no risk of being seen, no exposure. The clinical relationship is the only relationship.
No insurance
The practice operates entirely outside the insurance system. No claims, no records, no third-party access. Nothing that can be subpoenaed, disclosed, or used against your client.
No documentation trail
Documentation is treated as a consultation, not a default. Your client's clinical relationship does not generate a paper trail that can surface in a background check, a custody proceeding, or a contract negotiation.
No sliding scale
$350 per session. A single flat rate. No intake fees, no documentation surcharges, no financial negotiation that requires your client to disclose more than they should.
